When attending the State of Utah Concealed Carry Class with Secret Squirrel we help you every step of the way. Filling out your application paperwork, and answering questions in real time. Covering what needs to be included with your packet, providing a pre addressed envelope to BCI. We offer fingerprinting a passport style photo services in class as well. Each student will receive a copy of all course materials available to take home and review whenever needed.
Practical Training
In your class, you will learn proper firearm handling skills, weapon safety, and firearms laws. As part of all of our classes we focus on day to day situtations such as firarms storage, safety around children, and concealed carry.
Knowledgeable Instructors
All of our instuctors are certified by the state of Utah, USCCA, and the NRA. Each instructor is well versed in self defense both inside and outside the home. The knowledge they impart will give you the foundation to feel comfortable carrying your firearm to the places you go.
Everyday Safety
Safety both in the class and out are a top priority for all of our instructors. To ensure your safety, no live ammuntion is permitted in the classroom. We are dedicated to making firearms ownership safe and enjoyable.
Why Should You Get Your Utah Permit?
The Utah concealed carry permit is one of the most valuable permits in the US for a several reasons. Honored in over 35 states, the Utah permit allows you to travel concealed throughout most of the nation. The permit only requires a four hour class room firearms familiarity course with no range time required. With new permit fee's at only $52.00 and renewal at $20.00 after 5 years, the permit is inexpensive to both acquire and maintain. Utah now offers a provisional permit for those 18-20 years old. The state of Utah donates a portion of permit fees to combat suicide within our communities.
